“In June 2024, a friend took me to one of Meaghan's sound healing classes and started me on a path that has revitalized my life.”
I was initially a bit skeptical; how could reverberations from crystal and brass bowls have any actual impact on my well-being? By the end of that first session, I had a clue: I found that taking the time to unplug from everyday life and open myself to the healing rhythms of the Universe was a deeper act of self-care than I could have imagined.
A few months later, Meaghan asked if I would be interested in one on one sessions to delve further into specific blocks and empower healing. Although part of me still wondered how this could work, I had already experienced enough genuine physical and mental relief from group sound healing sessions to believe more was possible and I greatly respected Meaghan's non-forceful approach which not only validated my apprehensions but embraced them.
Over the next few months, Meaghan worked with me with infinite patience and gently helped me look both within and beyond myself. She was always careful to explain the process; there were no "bad" questions and she encouraged me to seek answers that felt natural and "made sense" to me.
We completed the sessions in early December and by mid-January, my life, which had felt very "stuck" was vastly different.
I relocated and am daily inundated with creative energies and opportunities which I had been hesitant to pursue and which I now realize, as an artist, I was starving for. My family and peers have all noted the positive changes in my life and it is not too much to say that working with Meaghan taught me more about how to healthily practice self-love which in turn has helped me connect to the great reservoir of Love in the Universe, enabling me to better impart its wealth in my art and relationships.
