My spiritual awakening began over 15 years ago in South Africa, where I worked with marginalized entrepreneurs—a experience that cracked me open to deeper truths. From there, I immersed myself in healing, studying Sound Healing, Reiki, Yin Yoga, Shamanic Energy Medicine, sacred Cacao, and Divine Channeling. These modalities weren’t just practices; they were mirrors, reflecting back the truth of who I’ve always been: a sacred vessel here to serve all beings in remembering their own light.

After a decade on the West Coast—from the misty hills of Sausalito to the evergreen embrace of Snoqualmie—I followed the call to the Southeast (Georgetown, SC). But the mountains whispered louder. Now, I’m journeying to the Blue Ridge of Western North Carolina, where I’ll study herbalism this spring and, perhaps, let my roots intertwine with the ancient wisdom of the land.

Before my awakening, I was trapped in burnout—working in sustainability, tech, and coaching, armed with an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise. I thought changing the world meant fixing systems. Now I know: True transformation begins within. When we heal ourselves, we heal the collective.
