Overview
This Full Moon in Capricorn, the second one of 2024 is in the last degree of the sign. The 29th degree of any sign is a powerful point within the Zodiac wheel. It is an indication of the completion of a lesson, experience or evolutionary journey.
Neptune is also in the 29th degree [of Pisces], which went retrograde in the beginning of July. The double activation of the 29th degree highlights the sense of uncertainty, feelings of not being able to continue existing as we have been, and that ultimately we are going to experience a shift of epic proportions.
Vibes
This second Full Moon at the 29th degree in Capricorn is conjunct Pluto. Get ready for the magic to happen. It may be uncomfortable, bringing to light truths about ourselves that we haven’t yet admitted or accepted. The unhealed aspects of ourselves are bubbling to the surface giving us the opportunity to receive the deeper lessons behind the antiquated belief systems and behaviour patterns that no longer serve us but that we haven’t yet been able to release from our subconscious.
Once we are able to release the experiences that have kept us in these cycles, rooting into old belief systems and behaviour patterns, we begin to see ourselves in a new light. The life we have been dreaming into reality becomes more clear, and we start to live it. Use the energy of the Full Moon to bring that which is unresolved to the surface to be released, allowing the second half of this lunar cycle to clear it.
We are reaching a milestone in our evolutionary journey this Full Moon. Not only personally but collectively. Pluto is leaving Capricorn (following a brief return from September to November 2024) after 16 years and entering Aquarius where it will remain for the next 20 years.
Is anyone else hearing the lyrics “This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius, age of Aquarius…” in their head? We can step fully into this new existence where we will prioritize humanity and taking care of ourselves and each other over money, power and greed. In order to achieve this we will need to bring light to our individual and collective shadows, allowing what has been buried in our subconscious to bubble to the surface. Release, integrate, and heal.
