✨ Sound Healing with the Horses ✨
In the presence of horses, we remember how to breathe, how to be, and how to trust the wisdom of our bodies.
Join Meaghan Rose for a sacred sound healing meditation surrounded by these gentle beings, where the vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls merge with the grounding energy of the herd. Horses are natural mirrors of our energy, helping us release what no longer serves while guiding us back to our truest, calmest selves.

Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls don’t just play notes—they repattern your energy field. In these sessions, you’ll:
Melt stress at a cellular level (science confirms sound lowers cortisol)
Dissolve stagnant energy with targeted vibrations
Remember safety so deeply, your nervous system sighs it back to you
New to Sound Healing:
Sound healing helps to lower stress and anxiety, while lessening our fears and reassuring us we are safe and well. There are also physical benefits. The frequencies of the instruments connect with the frequencies within your body to allow you to drop into a deep state of relaxation where you may even be able to heal yourself; mind, body, and spirit.
No experience necessary!
What to Bring:
Bring whatever you need too ensure maximum comfort. I recommend a yoga mat, tarp, rug, blanket (we will be outside on the ground, in the field) or chair if you prefer to sit. Dress comfortably and cozy (for the weather) we won’t be moving our bodies so as energy shifts, releases, and creates expansion in your body some people tend to feel cooler. You can bring a pillow, extra blankets, and eye mask / eye pillow for additional sensory deprivation. Bring some tea or water and maybe a light snack for the ride home. People are often thirsty and even hungry following a session.
