We begin by gently guiding the body into supportive, floor-based Yin postures, held for 5-8 minutes each. This allows for a deep, meditative release of the connective tissues—the fascia, ligaments, and joints. As you surrender into each shape, the journey deepens.

Then, the air will come alive with the sacred sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls. Their pure, vibrational waves will wash over you, guiding your nervous system from doing to being. To facilitate a truly transformative release, you will experience the profound weight of metal bowls gently placed directly on your body.
