A Cacao Ceremony with Sound Healing Meditation is a unique and transformative experience that combines the ancient traditions of cacao consumption with the powerful effects of sound healing and meditation. This holistic practice is designed to awaken the heart, release emotional blockages, and promote deep relaxation and inner peace.

First Time Experiencing Cacao?

I hope you will love it as much as I do. My first experience with cacao was a guided meditation. It was the deepest meditation I had ever experienced. I was able to drop into a much deeper state of relaxation than I had ever before, I was able to quiet my mind while expanding it at the same time. Everything was so much more real. Colors, shapes, images, and especially visualizations of nature were so much more vivid. Every cell in my body was open and receptive to the experience.

Ceremonial cacao is made from a single ingredient, whole cacao beans with nothing added or removed. It is minimally processed and crafted specifically for ceremony. I will be using Ora Cacao for this ceremony.

Cacao Ceremony is a means of connecting to cacao with gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. There are infinite ways to do a cacao ceremony, as your own daily ritual or in community. Ceremony is an art form that evolves and adapts to the energy within the ceremonial container and to meet the needs of the participants.

Sound Healing Meditation

Sound healing helps to lower stress and anxiety, while lessening our fears and reassuring us we are safe and well.
