Mother’s Day Sound Healing Yin Yoga: A Gift of Deep Restoration

The Experience
This Mother’s Day, give yourself the sacred pause you deserve. In a world where you’re constantly giving—to family, work, and endless to-do lists—this session is designed just for you. We’ll blend:
Yin Yoga (gentle, longer-held poses) to release the physical weight of caregiving from your hips, shoulders, and heart.
Tibetan singing bowls placed directly on your body, their vibrations melting away tension (and the invisible "mom guilt" we all carry).
Guided breathwork to reconnect you with your own rhythm—not everyone else’s.

Practical Love Notes
💝 Bring: Just yourself or come with your mom friends in comfy clothes, bring some water, your mat & anything else to ensure ultimate comfort. (we have a few extra mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows).

💝 Note: No yoga experience needed—only a willingness to receive.

MATS, BLANKETS, BOLSTERS: I will bring a few extra mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks & eye pillows but feel free to bring anything that will make you comfy & cozy for the duration.
