The Invitation
Imagine your muscles as river ice in spring—slowly softening, cracking open, carried by a current older than time. This is Sound Healing Yin Yoga.
A practice where:
Your hips sigh, your shoulders melt, your spine unspools like silk in water.
Tibetan bowls nestle onto your body, their vibrations rippling through tension like a tide reclaiming sand—grain by grain, until all resistance is washed smooth.
Time dissolves. 7 minutes in a pose feels like 7 breaths. The room hums. You are woven into the sound.
Why Your Body is Begging for This
Modern life turns us into statues—chairs and screens fossilizing our hips, our necks, our joy.
Here, we:
🔮 Melt the armor (without forcing).
🌊 Let sound scour your cells clean (ever notice how a bowl’s hum feels like liquid light?).
🍃 Rewild your posture—because your body remembers how to grow toward the sky.
The Nitty-Gritty (But Make It Dreamy)
Wear: Clothes you could sleep in (we’ll cocoon you in bolsters + blankets).
Bring: Your human self—no flexibility or experience needed.
After: You’ll leave slow-blinking, as if waking from a nap in the sun.
The bowls don’t just play notes—they rewrite your body’s score.
